SmartShip doesn’t create or price these. They come from your Shopify shipping settings and carrier apps; SmartShip only decides which are shown.

Missing an option?
Some carrier apps (like nShift or DSV) only create their options when a customer reaches checkout, so Shopify can’t list them. Type the name exactly as customers see it and SmartShip can use it in rules.
